You may still order but your order won’t be processed until we have returned – week commencing Monday 1st September. So please be patient and allow extra time for your order to be processed that week (please allow further extra time as normal, if you order sale, custom cut or bulk, discounted items.)
Normal opening times are Mon – Thurs, 9am – 4:30pm.
Please be aware that we are not box shifters but manufacture most of our items in house. However normally our manufacturing turnaround is still 95% of orders despatched same or next day.
Please remember though, we operate on a true 4 day week (so staff are paid for 5 days but work only 4) so orders received after midday Thursday definitely won’t be processed until the following Monday, many thanks for your understanding!
Please also remember custom cut or bulk discounted orders can be 2-5 days turnaround.
