- Xtra Large – 66 x 98 mm approx with slot (to slot 88mm approx) in 0.7mm
- Large – 51 x 98 mm approx (to hole 90mm) in 1 mm
- Large – 51 x 98 mm approx (to slot 90mm) in 0.7mm
plus limited quantities in:
- Small -32 x 76 mm approx (to slot 68mm) in 1 mm
