APRIL UPDATE 2024

Happy April – we hope you all had a lovely Easter! We are back open and working hard to catch up with our backlog after our easter break. Thank you for your patience for the next few days as we get straight again.

Throughout March (in honour of World Book Day) we’ve been giving away a FREE bookmark gift in orders and running a Bookmark Competition in which we asked you to take our bestseller Luxury Tall Bookmark and go wild with the designs to be in with the chance to win some brilliant prizes!

The competition closes today so you have one last chance to get your entries in (via email or on our Facebook page or group) to win a £50 voucher, a huge metal goodie bundle, and an Easter egg! Thank you to those who have already entered, we will be taking a look at the entries and announcing the winner on our Facebook Page and Customer Group very soon, so keep an eye out for this…

In this update we’re recapping ideas on how to use our new beach/holiday shapes as well as continuing to explore gifts for Father’s Day – well in advance for you to get prepared! We also have a few new products to showcase to you, including a sneak peek of our sitting dog shape.

A further SNEAK PEAK – our metal from China has arrived and has been unpacked! So we have some brand new outdoor grade metal – in various thicknesses, colours, and finishes – making its way onto many of our products very soon! Look out for this appearing on all the outdoor essentials: memorial plaques and garden markers, gate signs, garden decorations, and more…

That’s not all either – we will also have more double sided metal in a few different thicknesses to launch on a range of our products including: keyrings, jewellery, door hangers, and baby on boards!

New Product Showcase!

This New! Tumbler 40 oz (‘stanley cup’ style) Name Plate Insert is a brilliant way to personalise this year’s trendy accessory – the ‘Stanley Cup’ style 40 oz tumbler! The name plate is approx. 82 x 35 mm and is machined to perfectly nestle into the lid with an 11 mm hole supplied to fit over the straw, providing plenty of print space to give the trendy cup a unique touch! We think the 0.7 mm version is best value as it’s sturdier than the 0.5 mm (which does work fine but has a little flex in it), but the 1.1 mm is stunning in the Chromaluxe finish if you want an extra touch of luxury!

We launched the Prancing Unicorn Shape last month – a great counterpart to our Prancing Horse Shape – fitting nicely into our Fantasy Themed products! They make cute keyrings and hanging decorations that are ideal for any Unicorn lover. We’re sending out a sample of our old style (now updated to be less ‘pointy’!) Unicorn Head in all the orders this month, to show how great our machine cut shapes are!

A new double armed variation has been added to our Medal Hangers – available in both an A3 and an A4 size. This is a great choice if you need something to hold even more medals than our original single armed variation does!

Another brand new shape jumping into our ever-growing range is the Sitting Dog! This cute shape is coming soon and works for a number of different dog breeds, and is perfect for all sorts of products targeted towards dog owners, dog lovers, and even dog grooming businesses. We fully intend on expanding our range of dog shapes in the near future, so be sure to keep an eye out if this is something you would be interested in!

Our new Jewellery Display Cards offer a great way to give a gift such as earrings, charms, pendants, keyrings, pins, and more! The card can be personalised for all occasions and doubles up as a sweet keepsake to display the item when not in use.

The Luxury Badge/Brooch Gift Set is a new addition to our range of gift sets and makes for a simple but lovely present for multiple occasions! Choose your style of badge/brooch and insert, then select from our array of presentation options to add an extra special touch to the gift.

Beach and Holiday!

The Crab was a new addition to our beach and holiday theme last month – available in 6 sizes! It’s perfect for a door plaque, a cute little keepsake token, as part of an ‘Under the Sea’ display – paired with the Octopus, Fish, Seahorse, and Starfish Shapes – or could even be used as Cancer the Crab for Horoscope themed products!

The Octopus shape fits nicely into both the Beach and Steampunk categories. One of our designs has a mechanical vibe for a different spin on the shape. You can even bend the tentacles to allow you to hang things from it (the crab’s claws can also be bent to hold things too!).

The Fish is a unique choice of shape for a bookmark, but very eye catching! We have used the A6 size with one hole in the fin to create a fun beach themed bookmark, complete with a blue tassel – it looks great peeking out of the top of the book! Thinking along the lines of the Zodiac signs once again, this also makes a great shape for Pisces…

The Ice Lolly Shape can be used as a fun sign for a Shop or Café, or it can be used as a unique menu board to list all the ice creams and ice lollies available for sale!

Since the Suitcase is a nice wide shape with a lot of printing room, it would work brilliantly as a reusable dry wipe holiday or business planner – ideal for any busy person to keep organised!

The Bucket and Spade Shapes are perfect to be paired together. A member of our external Design Team has put them together as part of the front of a ‘Bon Voyage’ Card, and they can also be taken off and used as fridge magnets!

Father’s Day Ideas!

A tape measure insert is a fantastic idea to give a touch of personalisation to a vital piece of equipment in Dad’s toolbox! All you have to do is measure the area on the tape measure where you want the insert to sit, then simply choose the size of circle or square that matches your measurements, print it up however you want, and attach it to the tape measure! We recommend using strong double sided tape to ensure the insert attaches properly.

Wallet Cards are a simple but elegant choice for a gift, and they have tons of personalisation options! We have standard wallet cards available in all of our metal colours and finishes, as well as some available with various cut outs – all are perfect for printing up with a photo and/or a heartfelt message. You could even print them up with children’s drawings as a sweet gift to make Dad smile that he can then carry around with him in his wallet!

Our Free Standing (Scored) Photo Signs are another fantastic little gift idea for Father’s Day. They’re a similar size to a wallet card and are perfect little keepsakes to stand on a bedside table, mantelpiece, or desk! Like the wallet cards, you can choose a plain one or opt for one with the word ‘Dad’ cut out. This is a lovely way of capturing a fun memory with Dad!

We have a great range of tins for you to use as part of a gift (or as the gift itself)! They can double up as a ‘bits and bobs’ tin to hold all the random screws and batteries that Dads have a habit of collecting! All the tins come with a topper that can be personalised according to Dad’s interests…



Keyrings are such a practical gift idea and are amazing for the personalisation options they offer! With our wide range of budget, luxury, and shaped keyrings there is bound to be something for everyone. For the football mad Dads out there, our t-shirt is an ideal choice. It can be printed up with their chosen team’s kit colours, and you can also add a name and a number to make it even more personal! And for the DIY Dads that can fix anything, our tool shapes – Hammer, Saw, Spanner, and Decorator’s Paintbrush – are the perfect eye catching addition to a set of keys!
