AUGUST UPDATE 2025

Happy August! We covered a lot in our latest newsletter and had loads of new products to show off – so in this update we’re taking another look at these with a few different ideas on how you can market them to your customers.

We also have more Christmas previews as we highlight our popular products to try and give you all some festive inspiration to allow you to get well ahead with planning…

One final reminder that we will be closed for our Summer Break from Bank Holiday Monday 25th August until Thursday 28th August, re-opening on Monday 1st September! Please take these dates into account when placing your orders to ensure you receive your items when you need them (both before these dates and during the busy week when we return!).

Stationery and Office!

Joining our existing standard ruler blanks – which we have now updated with a FREE ruler measurement artwork download – we now have some fancy shaped rulers! These are all perfect candidates to be personalised gifts – especially for students and lovers of all things stationery (They’re a big hit in the Subli Metals Office!). These new rulers can measure up to 15cm, and will fit into most standard sized pencil cases – including our metal pencil tins!

  

The new Stationery Set brings some of our stationery products together and is the perfect gift for any stationery lover! Fitting into our 181 x 76 x 22 mm pencil tin is: a choice of one of our rulers, a giant paperclip (great both as a bookmark and to hold papers together), a pencil, and a stack of post it notes. This is a great starter set that is ready for you to add extra pens, pencils, and other stationery accessories for that perfect personalised present…

  

Our new Luxury Metal Clipboards – in sturdy 1mm white – are an essential piece of equipment for any stationery lover who needs to keep their notes and papers organised! They have a lot of design potential, especially when personalised, and you are able to choose whether you want to put the clipboard together so the print is on the front or the back. These Clipboards would also be brilliant for Coaches, to keep all their papers together and providing a space to take quick notes during training sessions or games (and with a hanging hole to double up as a team list/wall planner too!). And of course – like all our standard finish white metal items – they will also work perfectly as a dry wipe board!

  

We’re currently working on an instruction video to pop on the listing to help with putting the clipboards together, along with a helpful instruction sheet to be included for you when you order them!

Spectacular Sports!

We have a fantastic selection of new sport shapes available – so many that we’ve created a new Sports category to showcase them and all of our old favourites!

Requested by a few of our customers, we’ve added the FC Shield to our range! It is a bit wider than our existing FIFA/Commemorative Shield to match the new EA Sports FC game style. Joining this are items for NFL American Football, Rugby, Cricket, Tennis, and Badminton, and while we now have a Shuttlecock and an American Football and Rugby Ball in our range, keep in mind that we have a wide variety of sizes of circles – from 12 mm right up to 400 mm – which are ideal for any sport that uses a circular ball (or wheel!).

  

Our new Luxury Mini Sport Sets are the perfect gift for anyone sporty! We’ve curated a few sets for different sports – Football, Cricket, NFL, Rugby, Tennis, and Golf! Each set contains a bag tag/keyring sized shape, a fridge magnet, and a trading card (or a golf pitch repairer for the golf set!). Each set is beautifully packaged in our brilliant 110 x 80 x 25 mm tin , complete with a printable topper for further personalisation of course!

  

Our new Trophy and Award Starter Pack is perfect for anyone wanting to sample our trophy range! This pack contains trophy discs and trophy plaques in a mix of sizes and colours along with a selection of freestanding trophies, shield shapes, and our best selling medal hangers. We have also added in a FIFA Shield with one of our pre-scored metal stands so you can try out the idea of adding the stand to any of our shapes to create a custom trophy or award plaque…
