Just a reminder that we close for Christmas on Friday 20th December until Thursday 2nd January – Cut off for orders is Friday 20th December at 12 noon.
We re-open on Thursday 2nd January. 
Please plan ahead not only for the time we’re closed but also the week we come back as they’re very busy times for us. November is always our busiest month so please bear with us as our delivery times might get slightly longer. Seasonal / Marketing Ideas
The new year is on the horizon and calendars are a fantastic idea for sublimation – you can create personalised gifts for families, fundraisers and customers. Everyone needs a calendar and what better way to promote your business or offer a personalised gift that will take pride of place all year round? Before that, have some festive fun with our new Christmas jewellery range! It now includes tiny stockings, baubles, snow men and globes, and stars with tabs. Following on from the success of our stocking plaque we have launched a new wall art item – our snowman family. This item is great for personalisation, either with photos ,drawings or names – babies and pets can be added in the foreground making this a really versatile product. It can also be bent easily to create a freestanding item – we are going to add a larger A4 and/or A3 version too, that will be a real statement piece sat next to the fire or under the tree!

November free gift
This month our free gift is one of our fabulous new snow globe shapes. Every order placed in November will get one in white 0.5.mm This is proving to be a really popular shape across social media in acrylic and ceramic so we decided to cut our own. It comes in seven sizes, from tiny to giant and is perfect for Christmas scenes and personalised decorations. We’ve even added a mantle clock version and a deluxe version with 3D elements. Don’t forget if you print up any of our items – including the free sample – and send us a photo we can use you can get a £10 voucher towards your next order.

Sticking with the ‘Snow’ theme this month, we’re offering 25% off any of our new snowman shapes. FAQs 
What do I do if my order is damaged or wrong when I receive it?
Firstly we’re sorry if this is the case! We have stringent double-checking systems in place to ensure this doesn’t happen, but we are human and sometimes, unfortunately, mistakes do happen. If you receive your order and it is either damaged or incorrect then you need to let us know.
There is a tab at the top of our homepage which says “shortage/damage notification” on here you will find a form to fill in to explain what has gone wrong. Filling in this form is important as then your shortage/damage form will be inserted into our processing system as if it is an order. It is still required even if it is your fault, i.e. if you actually ordered the incorrect items. Therefore it will be sent to our workshop and processed with the importance of a normal order once placed.
On the form there is a chance to say if you want the item sent separately or added to a future order. We pride ourselves on our 100% satisfaction guarantee and all we ask is that you complete the form so nothing is missed or not fulfilled.

One Item – Three Ways! 
This month we’ve gone for one shape in three different sizes – to show how you can link sell to maximise business and also how you can get the most out of your design work.
Once you have spent time on a design scaling it up or down doesn’t take as long and can mean you can offer a range of products. This time we’ve done thank you gifts for a football coach – as a sporting theme Christmas gift using our T-shirt shape – now available in A2 size!
Keyring Our most popular sized t-shirt is the keyring. As this comes in double sided it’s ideal as a football, rugby or any sports shirt.
Baby on Board What better way to show support for your team than a sign in the car, team bus or bedrooom window? Each supplied with a sucker and bumps.
Dry Wipe We have now scaled our t-shirt up to be available in A3 and A2 sizes! This makes it perfect as a dry-wipe board for decoration, notes or team tactics.
