Sheet size 205 x 180mm with 10mm radius corners and custom slot holes.
Available in white only in a range of thicknesses – 0.5mm, 0.7mm in our standard range of metals and also in 1.1mm Chromaluxe EXT (EXT is a sublimation coating designed to withstand UV fading for at least 3 years – allowing it to be used outside).
Turnaround for custom cut, machined shapes will initially be 2-5 days for up to 1000 shapes. Because of this longer turnaround than normal, other items may be combined with Custom shape orders, but the whole order will then be delayed to be shipped together. If the other items are required more urgently they will need to be ordered separately.
You may pay the extra £6.50 priority despatch charge on checkout, to ‘bump’ yourself up the list of the custom cut shapes but that will obviously NOT guarantee Same/next day despatch – if you pay the extra we will email the approx timescale for despatch at that stage (as it may also depend on how many other ‘priority‘ orders we have!).
