Project 027: Wonderful Weddings!

In this project we will be focusing on many of our different products that can be utilised for Weddings! Weddings are the perfect occasion for beautiful personalised items. From coasters, placemats, and table decorations to signs, keepsakes, and favours – there’s something for any theme and need. We group these products together on our website in a category called Weddings and Celebrations listed under the Christmas, Seasonal and celebrations category – or accessed by the Weddings tag on the homepage – scroll down to the ‘Find products by theme, occasion or purpose’ that shows icons for each tag.

We have two brand new Token Sets – a Standard Set and a Luxury Set, which allow you to choose the shape of the tokens from our selection, and add a bag or a luxury tin with a metal topper to keep them in. This is a fantastic gift that offers a lot of personalisation options!

We’re also looking at some products that would make some wonderful personalised gifts and keepsakes for both the happy couple and members of the wedding party, including but not limited to: jewellery items, bookmarks, and decorations. We have a lot of fantastic products that you can personalise and market to your customers to offer that special touch to make a Wedding Day a truly memorable one.

Token Sets!

Our New! Standard Token Sets and New! Luxury Token Sets are a wonderful idea, perfect for wedding gifts and keepsakes! Choose from our selection of standard shapes: circles, squares, rectangles or Fancy shapes – hearts, hexagons, and more – all available in packs of 6, 8, or 10!

Then be sure to add one of our bags or luxury tins to bring the product together nicely. Our Tins come with matching toppers that can also be personalised as part of the set, making this a truly special keepsake that will last.

Each set can be personalised depending on the couple and the purpose of the set. Print up the tokens with milestone dates in a couple’s life, or print them up with different things that is loved about the person – a beautiful gift from one half of the couple to the other.

Alternatively, use them as date night tokens, or even as tokens to redeem – this makes a great wedding present, but it can also be lovely for anniversaries and as a sweet Valentine’s Day present too!

Save The Date!

Since couples will traditionally send out Save The Date notices to Wedding Guests prior to the main invitation, this is a perfect opportunity to give keepsakes to commemorate the occasion. Our metal offers a more sturdy alternative to some of the other options, meaning it looks more professional and will last longer too!

Consider using our popular fridge magnets in Business Cards, Circles, Squares, or even one of our Label or Heart Shapes to create some beautiful Save The Date products. Offering personalisation according to the wedding theme and colours to customers means they will have something extra special.

You could also offer printed items to be used as invites to the wedding party – such as ‘Will you be my Best Man/Maid of Honour’, or maybe as Engagement, or Hen and Stag Do invites.

Bookmark Gifts!

It can be difficult to know what to gift the happy couple (often they will compile a gift list or just want people to share their day), but personalised items to remember their day are always a hit.

Consider offering pairs of bookmarks, which can be printed up with the names of the couple, along with the date of marriage, or even a thoughtful quote!

This is a simple yet elegant gift idea that not only commemorates the day, but also gives them a lasting practical gift – perfect to keep on their bedside tables to remind them of the big day!

Jewellery Gifts!

Some couples choose to give little gifts to members of their wedding party to say thank you for their support and being a part of their big day.

Jewellery is a great option for this, so consider offering items from this range. Cufflinks and Badges are fantastic for the Best Man or Father of the Bride, and a Brooch or Jewellery Charmworks perfectly for the Maid of Honour, Bridesmaids, or Mother of the Bride.

Consider also offering practical items like Wedding Name badges (a simple 85 x 34 mm badge, partnered with a magnetic backing, so it doesn’t damage expensive wedding outfits) can make a fabulous gift for the guests, being an icebreaker in introductions and doubling as a place marker!

These are also great to keep as keepsakes from the day, especially when printed up with names, dates, and places!

Delightful Decorations!

We have a wide range of existing products that can be used for all sorts of Wedding decorations and keepsakes to give the venue some extra details!

Personalisation is key here, as couples will treasure products printed up with their names, dates, and colours and designs that match their theme. Our standard A5 Ricoh and A4 Ricoh sizes as is, or with a score to be ‘Free Standing’ can be used to create beautiful Wedding Countdowns and Signs!

Try using some of our other 0.5 mm colours such as: brushed, mirror or satin silver or gold for a glamorous look! They could be printed up as signs with meaningful quotes, photos of the happy couple, names, and dates. We sell a great value napkin ring (it’s supplied flat and you bend into shape once printed) which really shows how beautiful our metallic finishes look once printed – satin matt silver and brushed gold are pictured below:

A wedding countdown is a lovely idea to keep track of time before the big day! This idea utilises the dry wipe feature of our metal and can be kept as a reminder of the day! Our Cartoon Car Shape can be printed up as a fun ‘Just Married’ fridge magnet or hanging decoration! It can also be ordered with a plastic sucker to be used as a ‘window hanger’ product to be displayed in the wedding car!

Be sure to check out our range of display stands and clips for ideas on ways to display the signs and decorations on tables and around the room. Another great idea are wine bottle labels and tags – they are a simple but effective product that look great when personalised for the couple for either Weddings or Anniversaries. It adds a special touch to the bottle and is a wonderful keepsake.

We have added a longer Bride and Groom plaque on a New! Themed Signs listing. This product has a longer plaque and can be bent to fit around a bottle, creating a brilliant decoration for the wedding!
