We are still open, but have a huge amount of orders in (and very unseasonal – April is generally quiet!), so we are even further behind processing orders at present.
We are also hampered by working within government guidelines, by running separate work shifts so staff can operate under distancing rules, with some staff unavailable due to shielding.
We have suspended the Priority processing option for now and ask everyone to be patient whilst we process your orders. With only a skeleton staff operating, they may take 2-3 days longer than normal to turnaround, apologies for the inconvenience.
