Project 038: Superb Stocking Fillers!

In this project we’re looking at a range of products that will make brilliant stocking fillers for Christmas! We’ll be exploring Travel Game Sets (both old and new) along with a whole host of fun products that can be personalised…

Travel Game Sets!

Our 0.7 mm Steel has been very popular on the Advent Calendar and Countdown Sets, so now we’re revisiting a project we did way back in May 2023 – which was all about board games and travel game sets – to incorporate this great metal!

The Coaster Sized Travel Game Set is brand new, and there are a few different variations to choose from so you can create any kind of set you like!

We’ve created three different examples to hopefully give you some ideas for your own creations – a pirate themed magnetic set, a classic standard set, and a word game set. Each set comes with everything you need to start making your own cute set of games, plus our awesome square tin is included to keep everything together!

We have also created a new item to update our A5 Travel Board Game Set into an even more useful Magnetic version featuring new sets that include our new magnetic steel and magnetic strip to add to the counters – creating the ultimate version of travel games!

These sets are great for taking on holiday or on car journeys as they’re compact and everything fits nicely in the provided tins. Both of these Game Sets would also make lovely stocking fillers for anyone this Christmas!

  

If you want to go a step further, you could even add any of our Freestanding Game Token Shapes or even any of our themed Double Sided Tags to your sets to act as special counters or little prizes for the winner (check out your free gift with any order you make this month to see a sample!)

The Metal Card Set is fantastic for any simple games! We have designed an ‘I Spy Bingo’ set which would be great to take on the go – each person gets a card and has to try and be the first to spot and check off all the items on their card.

Our new 100 x 65 x 13 mm tin with a sliding lid is the perfect option for this set too – it can hold up to 20 metal cards and it’s so compact and easy to slip into a bag or pocket!

You could even create a set of personalised Top Trumps style cards using family photos, or even go as far to create a full deck of cards or a Happy Families style set (though you’ll need to choose our bigger tin to fit them all in!).

You can really hammer down on the personalisation market by also theming sets to specific interests! They’re a brilliant idea as a way to make your products stand out and appeal to a variety of customers. We chose to do a pirate themed set for our Coaster Sized Travel Game Set, but it would be so easy to do any other theme such as: football/sports, video games, animals, and cars/vehicles.

Sneak Peek!

In the works is also a Football Tactics Set which will contain everything you’ll need to create and study game plans. This will be a brilliant product no matter whether you’re a coach, player, or just an avid supporter and spectator!

New Tins!

There are 4 brand new tins now available on our website…

The 312 x 222 x 25 mm tin is big enough to fit A4 items! It is a fantastic presentation option that you’ll find on the Fifa Shield and the new Football Lover’s Gift Set.

The 100 x 65 x 13 mm tin is our first tin with a sliding lid. It can hold up to 20 business cards, which makes it a perfect fit for the smaller versions of our Metal Card Gift Set. It will also be a great tin for gifts such as: the Cash Cards and Jewellery Cards!

Finally we have 2 stationery tins! Both tins are 181 x 76 x 22 mm with hinged lids – the difference is that one has a window and the other does not… The tin with the window is perfect for the Book Lover’s Gift Set or the Letter Opener Luxury Gift Set, and keep an eye out as we will be launching a brand new Stationery Gift Set very soon using the other tin!

Themed Signs!

The Themed Signs make brilliant personalised door plaques, signs, or decorations, and we have a wide selection available.

Two new additions – a footballer and a trio of dancers – join the Horse, Dog, and Unicorn options – and of course we also have our recently launched ‘sunset’ sign – a circular plaque  above a rectangle, for a more neutral option. Using a customer’s photos of themselves and their pets is the perfect way to turn this sign into a lovely keepsake.

You could even use these signs as table centrepieces (bending the edges to a curve to make them free standing) and/or table number signs for events and celebrations!

Medal and Rosette Hangers!

The Medal and Rosette Hangers are great as a keepsake for anyone competing in sports or shows that award medals or rosettes – plus they make awesome gifts!

The standard Medal Hangers are a classic choice and are available in A4 and A3 sizes – with single or double arm options. But please now check out our brand new Themed Top Medal Hangers! We have 3 new variations: a footballer, some dancers, and the sunset sign. Watch this space though, as we have further plans to expand this range with a swimmer and a runner (and we’re open to ideas for more!)…

We also offer Rosette Holders with holes at the base to record and hold special event rosettes or our brand new version that has strong mesh attached (available in different lengths) that can be personalised with the competitor (person, horse, dog, etc!) and used to display a whole seasons worth of rosettes!
