NOVEMBER/DECEMBER NEWSLETTER 2024

Wow – this is the last main Newsletter of 2024! As the year draws to a close, we’re still working hard to bring you all kinds of great new products and ideas on how best to market them along with all our old favourites!

In the Seasonal section we’re discussing our newest products, along with showcasing an existing best selling favourite – our FIFA Shield – with some great new options added, including printable metal stands!

The Project for this issue is all about personalised stocking fillers and gifts for Christmas – in case you’re still looking for last minute gift ideas! There’s some fun travel game sets, door plaques, medal hangers, and rosette hangers along with some brand new themed signs and tins…

For our Share To Win we have David Lake’s amazing football themed Giant A4 Commemorative Shield, complete with a matching keyring using the Small size! The colours are so vibrant, making this a wonderful gift idea…

Seasonal/Marketing Ideas

Ready in time for St. Andrew’s Day is our stylised version of Scotland! It is available in 7 sizes and slots perfectly into our Landmark and Heritage collection (which also includes the new Highland Cow Head Shape – also great for Scottish themed products!).

Much like with our Yorkshire Shape, you can print up the A4 or A5 size with a fun map showing off well known places and landmarks throughout Scotland.

The Landmark and Heritage section is one we’re really interested in expanding – so get in touch if you have any ideas! We have future plans for a thistle and some Welsh themed shapes too, so make sure to keep an eye out if this is something you’d be interested in…

Product Showcase – FIFA Shield!

The FIFA Shield is one of our best selling products – and it’s not hard to see why… Please check out our video on the product to see examples of how awesome they look printed!

Now available in 8 sizes (with the A6, Medium, and Tiny sizes having just been added!), you can personalise for anyone to create anything from a football stat card or cool piece of Wall art to a bag tag, bookmark, fridge magnet, or keyring.
To make it even easier for you, we’re even including downloadable artwork FREE of charge with the Giant A4, to create the blue version (just add your own photos and stats!)

If football isn’t quite your thing then don’t worry – the shield is great for use with any other sport and their stats, but also for video games and Dungeons & Dragons, printed up as character sheets…

Tin options and MDF backing are available to add an extra touch of luxury to your shields! The A3, A4, and A5 size also has the option to add our new self adhesive printable metal stands! These are brilliant, and we will be talking about them more in our Jan/Feb Newsletter…

  

Meet The Team!

Claire is the Operations Manager at Subli Metals and is the one who keeps the whole team together as well as making sure things run smoothly. She is super organised and is the ‘Team Mum’ – she ensures that everyone has the best work birthday. Claire is the longest serving member of staff, having recently celebrated her 10 years of service with the business!

Best Accomplishment: Completing a Charity Walk of 274 miles for the Yorkshire Regiment Benevolent Fund, in memory of her brother-in-law Greg Stone.

Favourite Sport: Football, Gymnastics, and Athletics.

Favourite Food: Proper Shortcrust Pie and Gravy! Mexican Food, and Chinese Takeaway.

Favourite Activities: Hiking, Bike Riding, going to the Theatre, Jigsaws, Reading, and Growing Vegetables.

Favourite Music: Indie/Country/Pop Music – Katie Musgrave, Dermot Kennedy, Mumford and Sons, and Kings of Leon.

Pippa is the Deputy Manager here at Subli Metals. As well as supporting Claire (the Operations Manager), she is also part of the Customer Service Support and Marketing and Design Teams! She is always very busy helping everyone in the team. Pippa is very creative and a lot of our designs on our website have been drawn by her.

Best Accomplishment: Being an active member of the Young Farmers Organisation – representing her club and also being Club and County Chairman.

Favourite Sport: Equestrian Sports, Tennis, and Rounders.

Favourite Food: Her Dad’s Spaghetti Bolognese and Cheesecake.

Favourite Activities: Competing her horses, Hiking and Walks with her adorable Labrador Winnie, and Mountain Biking.

Favourite Music: Ed Sheeran, The Script, and Luke Combs.
