Happy new year from the team!
Well new year, but same situation it seems sadly… We will be open as ever throughout this new lock down to help support your businesses as much as we can. We promise we will do our best to keep up if we get busy, as we always do, but we have to warn you that we may get a little behind – so please order as early as poss and be patient if we are not as quick as normal, we will be going as fast as we can.
Our other plea is for you to also be patient if you order any of the items from this newsletter or any items listed as new on our site, as we don’t always have time to get stock made before launch – so any new items please treat as custom cut and allow 2-5 days at least to process your order, thanks, as always, for your understanding!

It will be ‘Love’ themed, so could be a heart or one of our NEW bar charms with cutout – pot luck as we are cutting a selection and will pop one in every order! We are also popping in a 12mm split ring as these charms make great little product tags, key rings or can be added to existing jewelry items!

Seasonal / Marketing Ideas
Love is in the air! Before Mother’s day in March (14th) we have Valentine’s day to celebrate… We have many heart shaped / items, from keyrings and fridge magnets, to charms and beads, to bookmarks and hanging and free standing signs. We also introduced intials in 2 sizes last year (so you can create names and /or MR & MRS) and our word shapes include Love – you can create great celebration collages with these!

Our wallet cards continue to be a top seller year round – have you tried our cut out ones? Get creative with your sweetheart artwork , messages of love , and romantic quotes to help your customers woo their partners – then you can sell them wedding and engagement items too lol!
Jewellery is still the number one gift for Valentines … we offer a comprehensive range of lovey dovey items from our soulmate broken hearts (including our new bar charm format) to classy cuff links and locket earrings…

Customer ‘Share to win’ photos

This months theme for Valentines and Mother’s day has been captured perfectly by Marianne Stevens with her lovely Love collages, using our new word A3 signs. Secondly, Gary Perkins has used our Pandora bead charms in a novel way with resin and glitter to make beautiful jewelry, we suggested adding a sub photo under the glitter for an even more unique finish too!
Remember – anyone who sends a photo of a printed item which we share will get a £10 money off coupon!

Meet the Team!

This month we’re introducing you all to the marvelous ladies (and gent!) who have kept you supplied throughout the unbelievably busy year we have just had – they all stepped up massively throughout, working different shifts, some working in isolation or from home and then embracing the new social distance rules to enable us to operate!

PRODUCTION The hub of the business, all our standard rectangle / sqaures are cut and finshed here, run by main Workshop manager Claire with Aimiee, Emily, Rachel, and new recruits Tina and Carolyn.

MACHINE ROOM This is where we manufacture your shaped items from small charms to gigantic A2 wall shapes and clocks. Sam our Workshop assistant manger runs the machine room with machine assistant Caroline .

ADMIN/ PR / PACKING Carl and Nicci are the company directors, still very hands on – Carl does the finance, Nicci product design and marketing with designer Pippa assisting. Louise is chief honcho in the packing department!
