- White 0.5 mm
- Mirror Silver, Gold and Rose Gold 0.5 mm with a 10% surcharge

- White 0.7 mm with a 25% surcharge
- Brushed Gold 0.7 mm with a 30% surcharge
- Double sided White and Bright Silver 0.5mm with a 40% surcharge
- Double sided Pearl White 0.7mm with a 50% surcharge
